    Purchases are read from your Shopify orders, never from a browser that can be blocked.

What the invoice actually depends on.

What counts as a session?

One visitor browsing your store in one sitting. It is counted once no matter how many pages they view or events they fire, so a customer who looks at nine products costs the same as one who bounces. Sessions are counted across your whole store, not per ad platform, so connecting a fourth platform does not multiply your bill.

What happens if I go over my included sessions?

Nothing breaks and nothing is dropped. Every session is still tracked and every conversion still forwarded; the extra sessions are billed at the per-session rate shown on your plan, and that rate drops again above one million. Nobody wants to discover that a viral week silently stopped their attribution.

Can I change tier later?

Yes, in either direction, at any time. Move up when a campaign lands and back down when the season ends. There is no annual lock-in on the monthly plans and no penalty for changing.

What is the difference between Basic and the others?

Basic captures and forwards your conversions server-side, which is the part that recovers the orders your pixel loses. Growth and Scale add multi-touch attribution on top: which ads and which touchpoints actually produced each order, rather than only that the order happened. If you are buying on more than one channel, attribution is the reason to be on Growth.
